Terms of Use

Cashed is a launchpad. You use it to create a coin on pump.fun and name one $cashtag, a Cash App handle, that the coin's creator fees are paid to.

The coin is created by the Cashed wallet. pump.fun credits a coin's creator fees to the wallet that created it, so those fees reach Cashed. Cashed claims them on chain, keeps count of what each $cashtag is owed, and pays it in Cash App by hand. Every payout is listed on this site.

Cashed is its own project. It is not affiliated with Cash App or Block, Inc., and it is not run by pump.fun. These terms cover this site only. They do not cover pump.fun, Solana, Phantom or Cash App, each of which is run by somebody else under their own terms.

Reading the site needs nothing. Launching a coin needs Phantom, and you sign a message with it to prove the wallet is yours. That signature is a sign in and nothing else: it moves no money and approves no transfer.

Your wallet is yours to look after. Cashed never asks for a private key or a seed phrase, never holds one for you and cannot recover one. Cashed also never asks for a Cash App login, a card, bank details or an ID.

You are responsible for whether launching a coin is lawful where you are. Cashed does not check that for you.

These are the steps, in order, and you see each one as it happens.

   You sign in with Phantom. It proves the wallet is yours and moves no money.

2. 2.

   You fill in the coin and the $cashtag. A name, a ticker, a picture, optional links, and the $cashtag its creator fees are paid to.

3. 3.

   You pay the launch fee. The fee is shown before you sign, and it is fixed on your launch at that moment, so a later change to the fee cannot move it.

4. 4.

   Phantom asks you to approve the transfer. Nothing is sent and nothing is paid until you approve it there. You can refuse and nothing happens.

5. 5.

   Cashed creates the coin. Once the fee is confirmed on chain, the coin is created on pump.fun by the Cashed wallet, with the name, ticker and picture you gave and a fixed line of description that Cashed writes.

6. 6.

   The coin is listed here. It appears on this site with its $cashtag, and its creator fees start counting toward that $cashtag.

The $cashtag is fixed on the coin when it launches and cannot be changed afterwards.

When you launch a coin through this site you are saying all of the following.

The wallet is yours

You control the wallet you signed in with and the one that pays the fee.

The coin is yours

The name, the ticker, the picture and the links are yours to use. Nothing you upload belongs to somebody else.

The $cashtag is spelled right

You checked it. Cashed pays exactly the $cashtag on the coin, and a payment to the wrong one cannot be pulled back.

The $cashtag owner may not have agreed

If the $cashtag is not yours, you know its owner was not asked and has agreed to nothing. Your coin may not say otherwise.

You are not speaking for anyone

You will not present the coin as made by, approved by or speaking for the $cashtag's owner, Cash App, Block, Inc., pump.fun or Cashed.

The fee is spent

The launch fee pays for creating the coin. It is not a deposit, it is not held for you and it does not buy a share of anything.

A coin that names a $cashtag in order to impersonate its owner, to harass them or to mislead people is not what this site is for, and section 9 covers what happens then.

The launch fee is shown on the launch form, in SOL, before you sign anything. It is read from the site's own configuration and written onto your launch when the draft is made, so the number you agreed to is the number you pay.

A launch can fail after the fee has arrived: pump.fun can refuse the create, the network can drop it, or the site can be unable to finish. When that happens the launch is marked as failed and the fee is held for a refund by hand. The site does not send refunds automatically. If the coin turns out to exist after all, the launch is put right rather than refunded: a coin that is live is listed, so a live coin is never left both refunded and missing from the site.

The Cashed wallet also buys a small amount of the new coin when it is created. That buy is made with the site's own SOL, not with yours, and it is separate from your fee.

pump.fun charges a fee on trades and credits part of it to a coin's creator. pump.fun sets that rate and can change it. Because Cashed creates every coin, those creator fees are credited to the Cashed wallet.

Cashed claims them on chain, in SOL, and records them against the coin's $cashtag. Cashed keeps none of them.

There is no public way for a website to pay a $cashtag, so Cashed pays each one by hand in Cash App. A payout converts the SOL owed into what Cash App sends.

Until it is paid out, what a $cashtag is owed is held by Cashed. That is the only money Cashed holds that is not its own. Cashed holds nothing of yours: the launch fee is the only money that goes from you to Cashed, and it is spent on the launch.

If a $cashtag cannot be paid, because it does not exist, is closed, or Cash App refuses or limits the payment, its fees stay owed and are shown as owed.

A payout that has been sent cannot be pulled back. Money that reaches a $cashtag belongs to its owner, and Cashed has no say over it. Receiving a payout may have tax consequences for whoever receives it, and Cashed does not give tax advice.

A coin is not an investment and this site is not an offer of one. Nothing here is financial advice, and nobody at Cashed is a licensed adviser.

Cashed does not promise that a coin will trade, that it will earn creator fees, that it will hold any value, or that any particular amount will ever reach a $cashtag. A coin that nobody trades earns nothing, so there is nothing to claim and nothing to pay. A coin can lose all of its value.

The site is provided as it is. It depends on pump.fun, on Solana, on Cash App and on services it does not run, and any of those can fail or change. Cashed does not promise the site stays available or that every figure on it is complete at the moment you read it.

Figures on this site are read from the chain and from payouts that already happened. A figure the site does not have shows as n/a, never as a made up zero.

A $cashtag belongs to its owner on Cash App. Cashed names it, links to its public page on cash.app, and pays it. It does nothing else with it.

Naming a $cashtag is not a relationship with its owner. A $cashtag on this site has not agreed to anything, has not been asked to, and has no tie to Cashed unless its owner says so themselves.

If you own a $cashtag and would rather no coin on this site named it, write to runnexadam2545@gmail.com and say which $cashtag is yours.

Cashed can take a coin off these lists. It does that when the coin impersonates a person or a company, when it is used to harass somebody, when it carries a picture or a name that is not the launcher's to use, or when the owner of its $cashtag has asked to be left out.

Taking a coin off this site does not touch the coin itself. A coin on pump.fun exists on Solana and is not Cashed's to remove, and payouts already sent cannot be pulled back.

You use this site at your own risk. What you spend on a launch fee, on a coin or on network fees is spent, and Cashed does not make it good if a coin goes to zero, if pump.fun or Cash App changes how it works, or if the market moves against you.

Nothing here limits anything that cannot be limited by law where you are.

Some details are not settled yet, and the site does not act as if they were. Among them:

• how often payouts are sent, and whether there is a minimum
• how a refund for a failed launch is asked for, and how long it takes
• what happens to creator fees a $cashtag cannot receive

When those answers exist they are published here and on How it works before they apply to anything.

The operating company behind Cashed and the law these terms are read under are not settled yet either. Rather than name ones that are not real, this page says so.
